Bulging membranes?? What does this mean exactly? I went to my doc apt yesterday, he told me I was 3 cm dilated with bulging membranes and go directly to the hospital ... we went to the nurse said we were understaffed and go home .. Doc told me to come back if I felt uncomfortable though ... wondered what exactly bulging membranes
two days ago because
Everyone is absolutely correct on the bulging membranes. This means that the baby is very low in the basin and a small balloon of the water bag is jammed through the cervix before the baby.
Now for the bad news ... the umbilical cord can wedged between the baby's head and neck of the uterus if your water leaks, cutting blood flow to the baby! This nurse was not all right to send you home! In fact, what she did was very dangerous, and you need to go to the emergency RIGHT NOW !!!!!
If your water breaks beofre eYou go to the hospital, stay in bed, preferably with your butt higher than your head. This will help keep the pressure on the cord if prolapse.
NOWWWWW GO !!!!!
This means that part of your bag of waters is bite through the cervix. Basically, your water could break at any time. It's odd that the nurse sent you home when your doctor has sent there. Since you are two days late, I recommend a walk and a hot bath. Should be a day to day.
This means that the water bag was bulging from the neck of a small .... do not be surprised if your water leaks in the coming days or 2 .... Bravo.
Yah, I omitted to 27 weeks for that. I gave birth two weeks after that. It seems that you are going soon.
I am not a rocket scientist or a mother, but I would bet that you could have the baby at any time .. Good luck and congratulations!
