As a teenager what is the best way to lose weight? Well, I want to lose weight because I'm having weight problems and just need a solution for it .............. and how to make it easier
Drink plenty of fluids, eat a well balanced and exercise.
Do NOT drink much soda, it's just empty calories of sugar and sodium content that makes you more thirsty.
I recommend the milk, water, juice, anything that is not much sugar or sodium.
Lunch and dinner and eating snacks in between to get your metabolism working all the time.
Also, you NEVER ever die of hunger. Starving causes you to slow your metabolism, so you'd actually probably bigger because your body does not fully digest what you eat, because he was afraid that the last thing he'll eat.
i drink plenty of fluids, Do rlly eat junk food, eat fruits and nuts. exercise will go faster and allow you to eat junk. I do both, eat well and exercise, I usually skip GT lazy and exercise, but then eat less you hold it steady
